VEJA presents the Panenka—a modern silhouette inspired by football heritage and reimagined through an urban lens.
The upper is crafted from premium suede, delivering a soft, textured finish, while suede and Organic Traced leather (O.T.) panels add structure and depth. Sourced from farms in the Rio Grande do Sul region, the suede is tanned in Brazil using processes free from harmful or prohibited chemicals. Compliant dyes are used with careful attention to responsible water consumption, and the material is finished with PFC-free water-repellent oils to help protect against light rain.
Inside, a 100% recycled polyester lining ensures breathable comfort, paired with laces made from 100% organic cotton. The insole combines Amazonian rubber, bio-sourced and recycled E.V.A.—including sugar cane-derived materials—and organic cotton, offering cushioned support with a reduced environmental impact.
